ibis New Delhi Aerocity — Hotel in New Delhi

Great breakfast, very close to the airport. The pool closes at 8 SHARP, I got there at 750 and was told by the militant pool attendant that it's wrong pool timing sir despite the pool being full of people. Then he said I'm not dressed correctly, thinking I didn't have any bathers under my shorts. Then he said ok but shower first. In the morning I had to sign in, when I asked where exactly to sign on the form he just firmly said SIGN! Then he instructed me to be sure to shower before going in the pool. Not friendly at all, got the impression he really doesn't want anyone using that pool. Also why does it close at 8 pm when I was just at the Hilton in Agra and it closes at 10 pm? If you don't want the pool to be used I'd suggest filling it in and become a hotel without a pool. Room was quiet and comfortable but no room fridge and pretty lousy TV screen. Power went on and off at least 6 times during the night, don't know what would happen if you were stuck in the lift. Asked about a ride to the airport, they charge 900 rupees yet Uber is under 200. Apart from the above I'd stay again but it's not a 4 star, just barely makes a 3 yet...

A very average stay experience, maybe even some well manged youth hostels are betterAs soon as you enter, the vibes from hotel is typical of a youth hostel. Too many customers with only 1 or 2 staff to attend to . The restaurant spread and quality of food leaves a lot to be desired. You have staff standing at almost all places like bouncers but very few forthcoming for help. Personal bad experiences: 1.No coordination between the restaurant staff and the check in reception staff. The restaurant staff not aware whether payments have already been included in the check in receipts or not. Then they start treating people shabbily amd doubting the integrity of customers itself.

The ceiling of the room alloted was leaking when room service was unformed, they just simply placed a towel on the floor where the leaking water was dropping. Wow what simple idea!

But lastly may be not the mistake of hotel and staff, its a below par budget hotel and may be I should have been mentally attuned to expect this low...

Great Stay.

Hotel Ibis Aerocity fantastic. The hotel's proximity to the airport makes it incredibly convenient for travelers. The rooms were clean, modern, and equipped with all necessary but minimal amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay.

One highlight of my visit was the exceptional service in the restaurant, particularly from Ms. Tanya and Ms.Varsha. They were incredibly attentive, friendly, and professiona and always welcoming and smiling. Their warm demeanor and prompt service made my dining experience memorable. Ms Tanya especially went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met. I am sure, other guests would have felt the same too as she was on her toes the whole time I was there. Though I must say all other waiters and waitress were equally professional and welcoming.

Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Ibis Aerocity for anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and very important close to the airport. Special thanks to Ms. Tanya for making my dining experience worth the money I had spent...
