In one word — Fraud. Please, do yourself a favour and stay away from this place. It is the most pathetic, unprofessional, and poorly managed establishment I have ever visited, and I feel it’s my responsibility to warn others before they waste their hard-earned money like I did.
From the outside, they portray this place as a high-end venue with the “best service” and “premium experience.” But the reality is entirely different. As soon as they get your money, their real face is exposed. I spent over ₹70,000 here, expecting quality food, drinks, and decent service — what I got was a nightmare.
Let me start with the food and drinks, which were nothing short of disgusting. The food was literally burnt, tasteless, and served cold. You could tell no professional chef was involved — it looked and tasted like something out of a roadside stall. The drinks? Completely watered down, overpriced, and poorly prepared. For the kind of bill they charge, the quality is not just low — it’s insulting.
The hygiene of the place is another major issue. The floors were sticky and full of stains, tables were filthy, and the entire space looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in days. You expect a certain level of cleanliness at any decent venue — here, you’ll be lucky if you find a clean table or a hygienic washroom.
But the most shocking part of the experience was the staff behaviour, especially towards women. The staff are absolutely misbehaved, rude, and arrogant. They lack basic customer service skills and have no respect for the guests. I witnessed their horrible behaviour firsthand — no woman should be treated the way they treated us. They acted as if they were doing us a favour by even talking to us, which is ridiculous considering the amount of money we spent.
The management is the worst I’ve ever seen. The so-called manager is completely useless — he doesn’t listen to complaints, ignores guests, and conveniently disappears whenever issues arise. When I tried to escalate my concerns about the burnt food, poor service, and staff misbehaviour, he simply avoided me and ran off to his “other branch.” It was clear that he has no interest in customer satisfaction — all they care about is taking your money.
Even the bouncers were disrespectful and aggressive, treating customers like beggars, showing zero professionalism, and making the whole environment unsafe and uncomfortable. Instead of maintaining order, they were contributing to the mess.
This place is nothing but a big fraud — fake promises, fake service, fake attitude. Once they trap you with their smooth-talking staff and false advertising, they deliver burnt food, terrible drinks, rude behaviour, and the worst management you can imagine.
Final verdict — don’t waste your money, time, or peace of mind here. You’ll walk out frustrated, humiliated, and robbed. Avoid this place...

Being one of the most exclusive clubs of Delhi, we had expected more from Khubani. Especially it being our anniversary and valentines week. We visited Khubani on 9th Feb (Sunday). We had reserved a table a day before and were really looking forward to having a special evening here. Several things didnt go as planned: We reached around 8:45pm because we had work on Monday. We had planned to stay still 12 and then go back home. When we reached we were told to wait till 9:30 pm as thr ws a private party going on. We called the reservation desk to confirm this and they allowed us to enter after a few minutes. But since the party was on the main ground floor, we were asked to sit on the 1st floor. Now thr r no problems sitting on the 1st floor except u get a balcony kind of view of whatever is going on the main stage and bar below. We were told that the party will be over by 9:30-10pm and after that we can come down and enjoy the main dance floor. Even till 10 this party was far from over. And on top of that all the stage performances were over by 10:30pm and all of us on the 1st floor were huddled up on the 2 balconies so that we cud watch the shows. Now this private party had still not cleared the ground floor. They were drinking, eating, talking loudly while all of us were still stuck on the 1st floor waiting fr them to clear up. Around 10:45 we were finally allowed downstairs. By this time all performances (save 1) were over. The music was dimmed down. All the centerpieces and decor was being cleared up and dismantled. It seemed that the place was shutting down. It was supposed to be retro bollywood night and the music played was very generic old bollywood song mixes that u cn find on Youtube. No engagement, no energy. Not a single person came to the dance floor and most couples actually left the place before 11pm. The crowd mostly consisted of uncles and aunties and thr was no vibe at all. The service was good. The staff were cordial but the food and drinks were nothing special for the price point. All in all very substandard experience which was quite expensive. You could have better experience and ambience at normal clubs and lounges in Mehrauli or even CP at a much reasonable cost. It seemed like only if u book them fr a private party they give u a good experience. All other guests just received a low energy, minimum effort experience. We left by 11:30pm feeling bored. All u see on instagram seems like a distant fairytale now. Maybe they shud not book other guests on days they have a private booking. Very disappointing...
