Pling Bar — Restaurant in New Delhi

After reviewing hotel, this is my review of Pling Individually. I visited this place with my friends, whom I was meeting after such a long time. We decided to go to this place and Thank God it was a good decision that we made. The place where we were sitting, one of my friend who is from Germany, loved the sofa chair so much that he wanted to take them with him back to Germany. It was so comfortable. Then comes the food, and I must say, the chef has done a great job. We literally loved the meal we had here and the dry fruits we got when we arrived by the staff were so fresh and we almost ate all before the final meal was served. Talking about the service. The manager and the staff specially the one who is looking after us, Archana Giri is so friendly and helpful. As me and my German friends were not so familiar with Indian Dishes, she helped us out in deciding and we quite literally liked the meal she helped us out in picking. We were really happy and thankful to her for her help and the overall experience. There's always a smile on the faces of whole staff, which made the experience quite delightful. We really enjoyed and had a great time here and will definitely be going back here soon whenever we meet again. Also it is in close proximity to Airport and reaching here isn't hard. As I decided to travel from Metro, we dropped down at Delhi Aerocity Metro Station and from there you can either book a cab or take a Rickshaw. Apologies for not taking enough pictures because I got carried away in conversation but..,,,, I felt like they deserved the stars of a rating because of two things I want to mention (1) Their great new cocktail menu. Theres only a handful of signature cocktails but they are all great and besides it makes it easy if you are in a group- just order the whole menu and pass the glasses to sip and taste each one before you figure out which drink fits your drink style. ;) (2) Kebabs. Now I know kebabs are more than a dime a dozen dotted all over the city so why am I mentioning this specially?? Because for the first time in a really long time the tikkas and kebabs were not heavy on the spice. They were tasty and light with the perfect amount of char - i was sure I would NOT be groaning at midnight from heartburn...

Recently visited the Pling Bar at Pullman Aerocity. Were welcomed with a smile by the hostess and seated to our liking on comfortable sofas.The bar menu is quite exquisite and their master mixologist Abhishek took great endeavour in advising us something to our liking and taste. I opted for the Gin and Tonic while my buddy went for a vodka based drink giving him a free hand to decide .Well the drinks were simply amazing.Done perfectly to our taste.The bar nibbles equally good specially the lamb Chops and Truffle popcorn.
