Hi Readers/Oyo,
This is to inform that i have had worst Experience over here. This hotel is having a Lady at Reception she doesn't know how to talk to the guest having very Rude and arrogant behaviour she is keeping . as if you are living in the Hotel Free. I will tell my Experience in this Hotel. I cam with 3X Deluxe booking from Oyo (booking Id attached)and when I have entered she asked me to show my phone and checked the amount which i have paid so that she can analyse which kind of Room to give. After taking 10 mins at Reception and then calling to her manager. She said that we are giving you 4x room but You will have to vacate after 2 Hours and then again we will give you 3X Room. Because They were not having 3X room ready at that time. This is very bad from Hotel and even from OYO side that how can you Take booking for such a hotel for that room which is Not even available at current time. I have now no Hopes on OYO and on even their Customer Support that they can help and resolve any Issue. Later she gave me room and after 2 hour she came and kept knocking the door again and again and In very arrogant way she said you have to leave this room and go to another room "aapko ye room change krna hai ". I asked pls let me stay now because I have kept everything luggage out of my bags and I was even sleeping at that time. She was so arrogant that she said "aapko bolaa thaa ke room change karna padega iskaa 2000 charge hai change kro". and I was like thinking in my mind "How the hell she is talking like this " and i told her "Is this the way treating your guest." then she said room change krlo jaldi.
and I was very much upset from This hotel. later I came out of Hotel 2 3 times going inside and she was looking Like in such a way that I felt "Maine boht galat krr diyaa Yaaha room lekr".
I hope if anyone is reading will take this Seriously and wont make Mistake coming in This Hotel.

Read moreRooms are good but staff behaviour is very rude and specially the receptionist. There is no kettle in whole hotel. My experience was very worst. All bathroom fittings are damage. Specially the lady sit on reception very bad attitude. She order you that sir payment abhi krdo like hum bhag jaenge. There is only bottle water. Their food quality is very pathetic and they charge worthless. No quality food. Moments in you are in wrong business meri maano to hotel band krdo. Pehle room rent km hota ha bad m wo rent increase ho jata h agr bolo ki pehle to kam tha to aage se bolte ha nhi rent to itna ha nhi to ap checkout krdo. They need all payment in advance. In hotel outside food is not allowed they force you to take his hotel food.In my whole life i will not go this...

I am not going to recommend this hotel if you are looking for good services.
