Hotel Rana Villa is new and beautiful hotel in jaisalmer. just 5 minutes walk hotel to any tourist point in jaisalmer.hotel have swmming pool. Restaurant. restaurant is so imaging. also AC restaurant with swmming pool view. rooftop nice view of golden fort. We went on the packaged camel safari and desert camping tour. For Rs 1500 you get pick and drop from the railway station / bus stand, rooms to freshen up, vehicle ride to the camel safari point, camel safari into the desert, evening tea and snacks (while watching sunset), dinner, night camping bedding, morning breakfast, camel safari back to where the vehicle left you, rooms at the hotel to freshen up.

The hotel is overpriced , the interior and food is ok but the staff response and behaviour tot he customer is the worst. They will know you only when you get there, after u checkout, they don't even know you. The staff there cheated us as they first told for jeep safari package it will take 1200 Rs per person , then they were convinced for 1500 Rs over all , as we didn't know how much it would actually cost. Then after the (not worth 1500 rs safari) the same jeep driver charged only 500 Rs to another customer who got there directly. We feel completely cheated on the service and when on calling to acknowledge them the issue, the staff threatened us with court issue. NEVER BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL , WORST CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, WORST STAFF SERVICE. Choose other hotels...
