HOTEL GOLDEN TULIP JAISALMER — Hotel in Rajasthan

I recently stayed in Room No. 203, and I must say the property is absolutely gorgeous. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout our stay. I’m attaching a photo to verify my stay so no one can say it’s a false review.

However, I encountered several issues that need addressing:

Frequent Electricity Cuts: We experienced several power outages during our stay, which was quite inconvenient.

DTH Not Recharged: The DTH service was not recharged in both the rooms we booked, leaving us without television during our stay.

Water Supply Interruption: There was a moment when I was in the washroom, and the water supply suddenly stopped, which was quite frustrating.

Pool Hygiene: I used the pool, but unfortunately, I found it to be dirty, which was disappointing.

Slow Internet: The internet speed was very slow, making it difficult to stay connected and get work done.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Golden Tulip Hotel in Jaisalmer for three days, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality and excellent service made me feel truly welcomed.

It was decent hotel where we spent two days. It was near by jaisalmer fort just 5min walking distance. Giving them 2.5/5. The way the charges rent they are not providing facilities. Rooms don’t have towels+soaps+toilet paper. Better to find some other hotel where they give you at least soap to wash hands. Staff was very uncooperative we booked hotel for two days but they continually asking about leaving time which irritated us.
