Hotel Lake Paradise & Restaurant — Hotel in Rajasthan

We changed our reservation the day before to have a place with more and better services. We needed laundry service and on the "Booking website", this hotel claims to have it. Also, breakfast included and other services that we didn't see at all as hairdryer. ||The hotel is perfectly located and the rooms small but ok. ||The worst it was the attitude from the one that said be the owner! Good luck with his business. He was super rude and zero helpful. We were rarely there and the personnel did not speak English. ||The resumé is that we were 4 and we paid for 3nights breakfast and their unique answer was "our restaurant is not available". No solutions at all. No discount either. We needed to wash up clothes, was the first thing we asked when we arrived and we gave it to them earlier in the morning. No one said anything to us and when we went for picking it up it was dirty. Again no kind words or apologies. ||Thanks to out reclamation directly into the "Booking website" customer service we got a small discount but not from the hotel but booking!||We are still amazed by how they could not feel sorry at all, and be so rude to the customers! Staff is pathetic., we had booked rooms at this hotel about a month prior to arrival. On arrival, there was nobody at the counter. We asked a boy,who was apparently their staff, where their manager was. So he went to call that thing called 'manager' who soon made a grand appearance sporting a red chaddi(floral ladies styled shorts)t shirt and goggles. At the same time a foreigner couple arrived. He argued with us that our room booking had happened online after their rooms were already full, and so we'd be accomodated in a 2star hotel instead. And at the same time the foreigner couple that had come anew, was given rooms on the spot! When we asked to refund the money, he quarelled that we may get it from the online site goibibo as it was done through them and they are not responsible for it.

Not just that, their restaurant was closed since their cook is on three month leave!!

When we went to the alternative hotel that they arranged rooms in, we found that it is at the fourth floor, and since im a heart patient I had a really hard time climbing! Horrific experience! Despicable management! Book at your own risk! Made a nightmare out of my...
