Running from August 5th to 11th, the festival showcases a rich array of authentic Punjabi dishes that left me utterly impressed.From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a vibrant ambiance that perfectly set the stage for the culinary experience that awaited me. The spread was nothing short of spectacular, with everything from golden laddoos and crispy chaat to hearty Makke di Roti with Sarson da Saag. Each dish was prepared with such finesse and authenticity that it felt like a true homage to Punjabi cuisine.The Makke di Roti and Sarson da Saag, in particular, were standout dishes—packed with flavors that transported me straight to the heart of Punjab. The laddoos were perfectly sweet, and the Jalebis were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, just the way they should be. The chaat was an explosion of tangy, spicy, and sweet flavors, making it an instant favorite.One of the highlights of my visit was the 1+1 offer on Monsoon Mocktails.
