I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Continental, and I must say, it was an experience to remember! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality.

The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. But what truly made my stay stand out was the service. The staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable.

A special mention to our manager, Dipankar, who was incredibly helpful and responsive. He ensured that our stay was perfect and even took the time to personally check in on us. His dedication to providing excellent customer service is truly commendable.

The hotel's restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast spread was impressive. The ambiance was cozy and intimate, perfect for a relaxing meal.

My mother-in-law and I went to Darjeeling. In order to enter the room, she was concerned about climbing stairs. We had a ground floor room at the Continental hotel, which was great. A few steps separated the room from the hotel's main entrance gate. It was a great relief for my mother-in-law not to have to climb stairs for the room. As I looked into her eyes, I could see that she was so happy and satisfied. For my mother-in-law, cleanliness and well-maintained surroundings are of the utmost importance. Rooms were very clean, well maintained, and equipped with all necessary amenities. A particular highlight was the large, clean bathroom with a western toilet system, which was a great relief for senior citizens . There was also 24 hour access to hot water and room heaters. We stayed at Hotel Continental for three nights. The hotel is not one of the luxury ones, and if you are looking for a swanky lobby and a curated ball room, bar, and restaurant, this is definitely not the one.

We were there during end of season and occupancy was lower. The room was shown via a video call before we booked. We got a three bed (double plus one single) which was sufficient for us to stay in the night. What was valuable to us was the help extended by hotel manager (Mr Halder), hotel attendant (Mr Mallick), and the kitchen staff.
