Thank you for the quick response i appreciate that you replied me on time but the things you have wrote about me are totally wrong and your manager may have give you the wrong information. The facts is Your response only proves one thing — your establishment has zero understanding of modern hospitality.
Let’s start with the facts: We requested a lemon to be cut — not outside food, not raw ingredients, just a lemon. Equating that to bringing external meals and hiding behind "strict policy" is not only laughable but insulting to basic intelligence.
What’s worse is your manager’s disgraceful attitude, telling us “We have not told you to come here and eat our food; you came by your choice.” That single statement says everything anyone needs to know about your mindset: arrogance over service, ego over courtesy.
And now, you're waving around your so-called "4 decades of tradition" — as if that's a free pass to mistreat guests. Let me be brutally honest: longevity means nothing if your attitude is still stuck in the past. Hospitality isn't about how long you’ve existed — it’s about how you treat people today. And if this is how you handle a regular guest’s simple request, the next 4 decades aren’t going to look very bright for you either.
Accusing a customer of spreading false facts while calling our feedback “uncivilized” just because we held you accountable? That’s not professionalism. That’s a business trying to silence valid criticism.
To be clear: this wasn’t a misunderstanding. It was an intentional show of ego, poor service, and lack of respect. You’ve lost more than just our trust — you’ve lost...
Read moreThe best and the only Pure Vegetarian Restaurant in Darjeeling right at the center of the Mall Road! Tried this restaurant the first day I was in Darjeeling and just knew this was my go to place for the next 2 days. The quality of the food and the taste is unmatched.
The staff especially make your experience delightful. I had three people serve me throughout my stay in Darjeeling - Nabin, Munni and another dude who previously worked at Whitefield in Bangalore (I don’t remember his name).
Nabin is around 70 years old, but he’s the most energetic and joyful waiter I’ve ever seen! He was very interactive and informative. Salute to his passion.
If you’re looking for a Pure Vegetarian Restaurant which serves North & South Indian cuisine, this is the place for it. In fact the food here is tastier than majority of the restaurants in Bangalore. The portions, quality and hygiene make this place a must try. I appreciate the chefs here who produce professional and delicious food for their reasonable prices.
Must Tries North Indian: Mix Veg Gravy, Laccha Paratha, Kolhapuri, Malai Kofta, Veg Biryani, Aloo Paratha, Panner Paratha, Veg Paratha
South Indian: Steam Idli-Sambar, Dosa
Chinese: Fried Rice, Veg Steamed Momos
Desserts: Carrot Halwa, Gulab Jamoon - The best Jamoon I’ve tasted till date, comes with a stuffing inside. Both of them were served fresh and steaming hot!
I wouldn’t recommend Vada-Sambar as the way they serve it completely different from the South Indian style, it is served soggy and soft which has been resting in sambar making it contrast to the crispiness that the dish is...
Read moreWe been there because of the pure veg restaurant. But our experience was a disaster. I would never recommend anyone to go there because of the following reason:
a) service is very slow. We asked to cancel some of the item but were informed that the food is ready and was not served for the next 30 min b) staff provide inaccurate information. We been told that tandoori paneer has 4-6 pieces but in actual it has 8-10 pieces. The size of the masala papad is of the small plate size but infact it is of dinner plate size. This resulted in us to order more items than what our appetite was c) when we informed the restaurant manager he said that he want customer to order more items so that they can get more money d) the restaurant manager was very very rude . The food prices were relatively expensive.
The whole moto of the restaurant manager was to make more money by providing inaccurate information and least bothered about the amount of food is wasted
In my opinion the restaurant folks should provide correct information so the customer can make decision based on the appetite and hence less wastage...
