Larensia — Hotel in Flores

The host was INCREDIBLY rude and honestly quite scary when I took my laundry back to her as it had come back to me dirtier than when I had given it to her. I paid her for the clothes that were clean but refused to pay the full amount as everything was still filthy. She offered to rewash it but I still had to pay the full price first for the dirty clothes, I said I wanted to just take it elsewhere instead. She still tried to make me pay the full price, and was literally screaming at/abusing me. If she has been nicer I probably would have just paid it. Following this, I felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe (especially leaving valuables in my room), if I hadn't already have paid I would have left instantly. Being a young, female traveller this was very confronting and tarnished my time here. For the rest of my stay she completely ignored me and looking annoyed any time I walked through the Lobby. I've never been treated with such disrespect from somewhere that is supposed to provide...

Very good budget(compared to the prices of the most hotels) hotel spacious clean rooms on walking distance to the airport. Breakfast is indonesia with a lot off fruit and local sweets. Good big bed.
