We had the best stay here!!
Super modern and comfy hotel and room, we slept amazing. Room cleaned everyday, huge shower, great bed and furnitures, very cosy. It’s kind of luxury so good value for the price. Everything seems new. Lack of elevator was no problem, floors are not so high.
It’s just 15min walk to the city-port main road and there are sidewalks. Staff very helpful and kind. They can you pick up at airport for 50k.
I totally recommend eating at their restaurant, it’s just delicious !! If you like salty, try their Asian style buffet breakfast: great cooked dishes (noodles, curry, rice, tofu dish, soup…), toast corner and homemade brown bread, pancakes, egg corner, fruits, drinks. Very tasty.
We also ate there 3 dinners in a row and honestly one of the best restaurant I’ve been to since travelling 1month! Try the fish dishes, cooked with fresh and local ingredients: hard to say which is tastier then the other! This is fine cuisine and deserved to be known. Papaya seafood salad (careful it’s super spicy), Tom yam seafood soup, dim sums were freaking delicious, glazed fish with roasted potato and a creamy lemon and pepper sauce (my favorite), Ikan pesmol: creamy coconut fish curry.
Just mouth watering fresh food. We didn’t try European food there.
Thanks to everyone !! French and...
Read moreOn the plus side, this place is quite new and well maintained. Staff is great. Breakfast very nice. Location a short walk to the airport. The hotel has 27 standard rooms, and two Komodo Suites. Our friends stayed in one of the standard rooms, and they are nicely appointed, but quite small. We booked one of the suites, which was indeed spacious and nicely furnished. But here’s the kicker: the hotel is built on a cliff. The standard rooms are on the 5th - 8th floors, and the “luxury “ suites are on the 10th floor. But there is no lift! The suites are a 10 flight walk up! They offered us a free downgrade to a standard room on 6th floor. We kept the suite (luckily avoided heart attack). Nice spacious room with large kitchen dining area and two outdoor terraces. The terraces were not furnished in any way and flooded when it rained. Terrace off living/dining area faced a blank white wall. Hotel faces east so you get sunrise view, but far away from town and beach. Last small note: they don’t accept credit cards. Ended up paying the bill via bank transfer. If we had it to do over again, would...
Read moreRoom ok, but the smells from the safety tank come in to the room so bad and stinks. They need to find the solution to fix it! I already tell the staff, but they said will spray the room. Which is at night time only one time. Service, ok. Whoever will stay in parlezo by kagum, make sure really fit n healthy. Because this hotel don't have elevator, u must climbed the stairs till 8 floor. Location, ok. 5 minute only by walk to airport which is more and less 2 minute by car or scooter. But the hotel doesn't give a free drop to the airport, they will charge 50k one time drop.
Late check out 150k/hr. Make sure u guys ask them to change the bed linen if u stay morethan 3 days in parlezo. Bed linen smells when me n family arrived. Other than that, shower is ok. The house keeping doesn't tell us when they will come to clean the room. I'm not happy with it! There's no DO NOT DISTURB OR PLS CLEAN THE ROOM sign in the room.
Staff friendly. The problem is the stairs, the smells, settle from hotel to airport or from airport to hotel. The house keeping staff need to be...
