i got my soto ayam today were so sour, even they changed it still sour. i leave it. did the kitchen don't know the standart of it? usually you know how to serve before it came to customer. you should taste before you send it out. sorry to be sorry, this is last and i will never appetite here cause your mistakes could be make a worst things to the customer. the server were busy to make sure while you as a chef doesn't you should know about your procedure and standart of it? as how is should be out with the taste? you are joking...

We had a good experience at Lippo mall so we decided to have it again at Beachwalk. But we ended up waited for more than an hour for ayam bakar, ayam geprek & bakso, no one check on our orders even when we asked for follow up. Food arrived cold, overly spicy & salty, Ice Tea was diluted, not worth the wait at all. Not sure why it took so long for something that’s not freshly cook or prepared (most probably overlooked our orders). Ayam bakar was disappointing...

Saw this local restaurant full with diners on a weekday evening, and thought this place serves authentic local Indonesian cuisines.

I was so wronged. The food looked unappetising, super salty and tasteless otherwise. It tasted like the only seasoning used was salt.
