Pepper Lunch Beachwalk — Restaurant in Kuta

The employee manner is so poor, especially the one taking order standing at the cashier , sorry I forget to look for his name. I was just going to order and I put my EMPTY chatim* cup on the table as I was going to look at the menu, he was asking me to throw the cup, I said no as I needed the cup. He said it’s policy you couldnt bring outside drink, I said I knew it no worry it’s because it was empty so I dare to bring to your restaurant, in otherwise I wont ( while I lifted the cup again to show him, eventhough we knew the Chatim* was see through transparent cup he could see it was EMPTY anyway). Then I wanted to order the foods, again he asked me to throw the cup now by being so rude, I was asking him why, I didnt want to throw I need it (for my girls school projects about recycle, but I didnt tell him about this, why I should, come on It was EMPTY), lastly he was chasing me, my husband and my kids to go out from the restaurant. I had dinner here and was not happy at all. First is a no cash policy which is ridic and then they have photos all over the walls of steaks that they do not serve which is blatant false advertising. I ordered a ribeye steak, of which I have had 100s, and what I got was the thinnest piece of meat I have ever seen and it was NOT a ribeye, again false advertising. The plate was a sizzeling dish which well overcooked my meat and burnt my tongue. I complained about it all and was told to scan their QR code so I could make a comment, the QR code said in English scan to make a comment and then the entire App was in Indonesian with no options for English of any other language. Overall a terrible fraudulent restaurant with a terrible manager that just agreed with everything I said and gave no explanation and kept saying I hope u enjoy your meal, goodbye.
