After 2 visits to this restaurant with pleasant experiences both times, we came again for the 3rd trip however this was a huge disappointment. Maybe new staff that need a lot of training / need to find a new job as they seem like they do not want to be there. Some staff were very nice (I did not get their names) however the lady who served us was incredibly hostile and rude. We ordered perkedel which came out within 2 minutes - obviously was not made fresh. They were cold and tasted like they were sitting for hours so we requested them to be returned and for fresh ones. The waiter took them and came back with the same perkedels just reheated. Big sigh. The waiter came back with the manager I assume because he listened to our concerns, apologised and finally brought them back freshly cooked. The waitress who served us came over just to listen to our conversation with the waiter which I found very rude, she was not involved and did not offer any help but stood there so she can listen. She then stopped serving us and another waitress came (I assume because this rude waitress did not like us for some reason for raising a concern over the cold dry food?) Huge disappointment. Will not be back. Would have been 5 stars for the Nasi bali which was delicious however 3 stars taken away due to the poor service...
Read moreI’ve ordered sate Plecing, however the one they serve is Sate with peanuts Sauce.Long story short I called the waiter, and asked them if they giving us the correct order finally they realized that was not our ordered. The Waiters who taking our order came to us and mentioned that the Sate Plecing is out of stock. Well we do understand but why they’re not reconfirming to us if we want the Sate with peanut sauce or not. And at the end she only came and said you want me to take it back. Feel so disappointed with their service. Meanwhile I always having my meal in Sate Senayan Beach walk whenever I visit Beach walk! And also the way she’s taking our order without any smile and just being rude even when she came after we complained!
We are also working in Tourism Industry so we know how to serve the guest better!

What a joke. Does not have a dinner knife or any knife for their patrons who needed it. My chicken was so spicy, that I didn’t want to use my hands because the washing facility was broken. Want kind of an upper to middle class restaurant is this that they do not have a butter knife?
Plus, when we couldn’t finish the otak otak, and needed a plastic bag or some kind of to go container, they wanted to charge us for a paper bag. Even at poor warung warung they would provide a plastic bag free of charge.
I think whoever made this rule in your company is backwards. You are making a fool of yourself, trying to charge patrons something so remedial, while already offering over priced foods.
