Villa peji 2 bedroom villa Located at jl. Suweta, ubud. This hotel / resort has several villas with bedroom.
Villa peji maybe the worst one. Imagine the bedroom wall is made of thin bamboo woven called bilik, imagine you sleep in the bedroom is located in front of the busy street, even after midnight still a lot of vehicle passing by, people from outside can peeping you, very lack of privacy. But I see other villas is nice and the wall is made of plank of wood and nice view too ....
The villa has two doors, one from the inside area and the other from the path at the parking area, so you can rent one of the room ...
Entering from inside area, that's the bedroom 1 with bathroom, so basic but clean, do not expect too much amenities, it's so nothing, only one soap dispenser, box of mini size tissue, one washbasin with tacky mirror. Two twin beds and one wardrobe at the corner of the room. The AC not so cold, need maintenance ...
The bathroom is clean, hot water sharing with the second bathroom at the upstairs, imagine you run out the hot water in the middle of the shower at night because the other guest take a bath too, and do not be surprised if no hot water running. The towel is good, odorless and they're so generous to give you a set of towels including facial towel, nice! There's no robe hook at the back of the bathroom door, nothing ....
The dining room comes with a solid solid wood table, quite nice, the chair is okay. But what is wrong with the wardrobe at the corner of dining room, I think they try to move the wardrobe to the upstairs bedroom but can not fit to the door, so the genius one said "Just put at the corner of the dining room!" Voila! Now if it's up stair's guest want to change the clothes at the dining room then walk up again! Awesome genius? OMG!
Another problem is, almost all the blinds jammed, even the door lock from the bedroom one to dining room jammed, the lamp in the dining room only came from the small lamp of the ceiling fan, so the lighting is so pathetic. In the refrigerator there's 4 bottles of water, can not imagine what water it is, just green bottles filled with clear liquid, no brand, nothing, but for the shake of positive thinking, just drink it! They provide nice glass kettle, but no coffee cup, no spoon, nothing. The power outlet is so minimal. Waste bin available only in the bedroom and bathroom, no waste bin at the dining room. The parking area is small, if the hotel owner's cars park there then there's no more space to park your car, but they can help you to park your car elsewhere ...... The last problem is no TV, well ... they tried to make an excuse that the hotel expect guest enjoy the stay without TV, and feel like Eco living .... seriously?
The upstairs bedroom is better, there is a small balcony with no view. Equipped with double bed and side table, and the most important thing is wardrobe is located at the dining room! Awesome! The bathroom is clean and provided with the same nice towels like bedroom below ....
The lobby is simple but nice, welcome drink so good and tasty, walk inside and there's the restaurant with beautiful rice field view, you can watch the sunset from the lobby or from the pool. Walk down from the lobby there is another restaurant seating area with very nice view of rice fields and swimming pool. You can see the sunset, but in the middle of your view, there's a small ugly "dangau" (small building for watching the rice field), it's very annoying ... .
The breakfast is basic, nothing special, the croissant is good, but the pancake at the first day horrible but the next day delicious ..... how can?
The staff is so nice and friendly, very polite and trained well, very helpful .......

Read moreB. Saya is an absolutely beautiful hotel just north of Ubud center. It takes about 20 minutes to walk and is do-able even in the dark if you have your phone flashlight on. Otherwise they offer a shuttle every two hours which is really helpful. We used it several times. And with a motorbike it’s even more convenient!
We were greeted by Juni who was very kind. He would speak with us a bit every day and it was great to get to know him. Everyone working at B Saya is friendly and they were always very happy to help us with anything - including laundry. I definitely recommend having them handle your laundry because it is fast and in our case very reliable!
We really liked how open and airy our room was (Rijasa #3). There is a ton of natural light and the view we had onto the rice fields was absolutely amazing. There are the occasional ants and geckos around but they didn’t bother us. There is a mosquito net provided which we appreciated but it didn’t completely cover the back of the bed. But it wasn’t a problem. The bed was also very comfortable.
The pool is very beautiful and so is the location. It’s a very relaxing and our room was very quiet.
Their menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner is very good. I highly recommend the pizza which is very strange to say but they make a lovely thin crust pizza! The breakfast is a la carte with the option to add an extra avocado/egg/fruit/etc which I thought was nice. The food is very yummy in general.
The only disappointing thing about this place was that we didn’t have wifi in the room. If we did it was so spotty that there wasn’t a point in using it. The restaurant area had plenty of tables and the wifi there was good, so that wasn’t too much of a problem - but it’s important to...
