Birkin Marina — Hotel in Cagliari

I use to go to Cagliari quite often for business and something that i always like it trying different and new stayings. ||Birkin Marina offers i think my most beloved one and when i have the chance to find it free i always go for that solution.||Really close to the seaside walkway, few steps from the narrow pretty roads of Cagliari, where you can just lose yourself between restaurants and local food shops.||It's a recently renovated B&B family held by young, talented guys.||Rooms are relaxing, spacious and really well furnished; you can feel the passion in doing that with a classy, but not overused sense of style.||Really good breakfast and personnel ready to help in case of any.||Note: there's no parking associated to the B&B but many available in the area all around||Can't wait to...

Our stay at the Birkin Marina was truly perfect. They were able to provide flexible check-in which was great since our flight arrived in the evening. ||We stayed in Room 5 and our breath was taken away by the beautiful view of the harbour and sea. The room had everything we needed, such as a comfortable bed and modern bathroom facilities, and was decorated to a high standard.||They also offered complimentary breakfast each morning which was always to a high standard. We ended up eating here every day because it was so nice.||The staff were always friendly when we interacted with them, even if it was in English or Italian. ||We will definitely be stayed again at Birkin Marina and we are glad that we started our honeymoon at this...

Ce B&B est habituellement très bien noté. C’est pour cela que nous l’avons choisi. |Néanmoins je souhaite apporter un bémol sur l’ensemble des avis. |Les chambres sont fidèles aux photos : très belles, très propres, très confortables. |Le petit déjeuner est ok, conforme mais pas exceptionnel. |Les points qui blessent sont les suivants :|- parties communes de l’immeuble pas esthétiques du tout et sans charme |- situation face au port / pas le plus bel emplacement des quais mais environnement plutôt bien|- absence de parking / dans la rue, parfois difficile parfois facile, dépend de l’heure et de la saison |- POINT DE FAIBLESSE : absence d’âme et de services. Ce B&B n’a pas d’âme contrairement à beaucoup d’autres lieux. C’est impersonnel et froid. Le personnel est gentil mais sans plus. Nous sommes arrivés dimanche soir vers 19h, sans être accueilli par qui que ce soit. À aucun moment on nous a demandé si tout se passait bien. |De plus, le lieu ne propose quasiment aucun service, même pas une table à repasser. |Lorsque vous avez besoin de quelque chose, vous pouvez toujours envoyer un message ou appeler un numéro mais sans forcément obtenir de réponse...||Le tout à 220€ la nuit (certes en août), c’est cher et du coup, décevant. |À ce prix là, je vous en prie, soignez vos clients et faites leur vivre quelque chose... un bon moment, un peu de convivialité... Même un hôtel de chaîne moderne serait plus accueillant. Le design, l’esthétique et le confort ne sont parfois pas suffisants. ||Je suis désolé, je ne recommanderai pas ce B&B.
