The waitress was very friendly and helpful and the store was a great lil place not far from where we were staying so was a planned to stop by on the way home for dinner.

The food is faaaaaaaaaaaaar from great unfortunately. Two servings/portions of chips, soooo dry, hollow and stale with no real flavours. It didn’t end there…

We ordered the hot wings that got sent back quicker than it came out. Burnt, the driest wings ever. Holy moly.

We also got the smashed burger so many other reviews were going on about and the pith combo. Oh My Days ……

They were both verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrryy verrrrry disappointing. Me and my partner love a good smoke house. This was a dry - couple day old - no flavour on anything house.

The best thing on the menu in our honest to god opinion, was the lemon soda.

The waitress was kind enough to talk with us and offer us honey rum but it still didn’t soften the 65€ bill for two bites of our entire ordering.

I hate wasting food, but this is one of the first time I genuinely couldn’t muster the ability to eat anything else. So we really did have to stop eating and leave.

By the end of it, I went back home to a pizza we had the day before that tasted soooooooooooooooooooooo much better.

Truthfully, don’t be fooled by the reviews, yes everyone has their own opinions and taste, but some serious adjustments in the kitchen needs to be had to actually turn this place into a smoke house.

Everything tasted like it was microwaved two three days ago and than served with sauce on the side to cover...

To the Chef & Owner, please read your reviews and try to understand that there is something wrong with your food. Without even tasting it as soon as the plate was placed on the table you can tell the food was just DRY! Mostly burnet. I wish like burnt ends but nothing even close to that. The only dish that we enjoyed was the Smoky beef tartare if we left after that I will be a happy man but unfortunately I was still hungry and had to have a brisket sandwich and i seriously regret ordering it. Dry dry dry and not to mention the fries. I’m very hungry so I just ate it but to be honest it was all tasteless and my wife returned her food still got charged the bill came out €59 what a waste. On the other hand the service was amazing the lady tried hard to please us. Anyways thank you so much for the amazing service and please fix your food it’s a shame that I can personally say this is the worst food I had in Cagliari and it’s a bigger shame that you tell people this is...

Absolutely amazing!!! I walked in and saw a picture of my home state South Carolina thinking it had a lot to live up to after that, and it did. The meat might have been some of the best prepared I have ever had outside the USA. The brisket and ribs were second to none. I even enjoyed the coleslaw, which definitely had a different spin on it, but hot the nail on the head none the less. The staff was attentive a quick so close to a flawless dinner. However, the side like the beans and mac and cheese left something to be desired. The beans didn't we cooked all the way which made them a little tough and the mac and cheese might have needed a little more seasoning cause it offered little flavor. I was a little disappointed they did not offer mustard based bbq sauce seeing as how that is what South Carolina in known for, but I can deal. I know I pointed out some errors, but the were very minor. They get a 5 star simply cause the meat was that good. I cannot recommend...

Nonostante sia un appassionato di BBQ americano erano un paio di anni che avevo nel mirino questo locale, ma tra COVID e connessi ho sempre posticipato la visita anche perché non sono un appassionato dei locali in centro non avendo voglia di impazzire col parcheggio specie nel weekend. Oggi siamo stati fortunati col parcheggio e siamo andati a provarlo. Iniziando dal tavolo devo dire che non mi fa impazzire essere piazzato "in vetrina" avendo prenotato sul presto ma capisco l'esigenza di fare vedere che il locale funziona a chi passa, riguardo al locale, direi carino, in stile industriale anche se un po' anonimo come tutti i locali in questo stile molto alla moda ultimamente. Venendo al mangiare prendiamo una tartare di manzo al coltello, affumicata con ovetto di quaglia sopra e degli anelli di cipolla XXL. Partiamo bene, la tartare è ottima come anche gli anelli di cipolla, croccanti e saporiti anche se come la tartare accomunati da un tocco eccessivo di sale che personalmente non disprezzo ma effettivamente un filo in eccesso. Per il resto prendiamo un piatto di affumicati misto per due comprendente il pulled pork, le costine di maiale (ribs) e due fettine di brisket di manzo (punta di petto) con del choleslaw (cavolo agrodolce in insalata) e delle patatine fritte come contorni. Mio figlio prenderà invece un panino col pulled pork con patatine. Che dire, sono piatti che ho fatto al barbecue a casa e conosco bene, la cosa più buona e centrata è a mio avviso il pulled pork, succoso, ben sfilacciato e giusto di spezie e sale, probabilmente poco condito con la salsa barbecue ma immagino per venire incontro alle esigenze dei vari clienti e mantenere un profilo medio. Non mi hanno entusiasmato le costine, buone di gusto ma troppo asciutte, come pure il brisket, bello "manzoso" ma decisamente asciutto, peccato. Il panino buono si nota la qualità del pane a supporto del pulled come detto succoso. Scelta di birre alla spina poco interessante a mio gusto ma la mirror pond pale ale non è male e si fa bere. Conto a mio avviso un po' elevato in rapporto alla quantità più che alla qualità che comunque c'è. Da riprovare magari per le carni frollate ma non so se tornerei per il BBQ. Personale cortese.

What a fantastic place , its really hard to find place with good food and good prices around lunch time in Sardinia, therefore this place is just perfect and absolutely right to recommend. Great burgers with (pulled pork ) and only ,so not really for people looking for a beef pate with amazing flavours and big portions 🔥 Beware if you order a burger as we did , it comes with decent portion of French fries and coleslaw salad which in my opinion is enough for 1 person, but strongly recommend ultimate starter set BIG PITCH COMBO / XXXL with tortilla chips and pulled pork (delicious) mixed with tomato sauce with beans and barbacue sauce.. Finger licking ♥️ Design to surprise and ashame Italian pizza and pasta 😁 Enjoy 😉
