Italianway Apartments - Caretto — Hotel in Milan

Could go negative 5 if I could. DO NOT BOOK.

Pathetic staff. No courtesy. Appartment provided not cleaned since the last guest stayed. Drink bottle splashs all over the living room and washroom. Requested to get it changed. They provided 2 options- leave now or wait for cleaning company. Gave me 2 mins to choose. Cleaning company comes 45 mins later and I respond back to the staff that I would like to leave to which now they told me they cannot provide a full refund since the cleaning guys have now arrived. Forced to stay coz obviously i wouldn’t find anything at the last minute. Cleaning guys left a slightly clean appartement and I get to stay in 3 hours after my arrival.

Still no clue on the promised cleaning fee refund.

Never ever reccomending Italianway.

Get proffessional. Your cleaning people know you are thieves and this is what happens almost everytime as per your previous reviews. Get better organized and...

El apartamento está muy bien,sobre todo dónde está, muy cerca de la estación,pero aunque tiene lavavajillas, no lo puedes utilizar porque tendrías que comprar todo lo que necesita y para unos pocos días sale muy caro, tampoco tiene jabón para los platos, ni estropajo, ni una bayeta,el grifo del fregadero estaba suelto, en fin, son cosas necesarias, por lo...
