⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I had the pleasure of dining at this incredible ramen restaurant, and it truly exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was inviting and comfortable, setting the stage for a memorable meal.
Now, let's talk about the star of the show - the ramen. It was nothing short of amazing. The broth was rich, flavorful, and had that perfect balance of savory goodness. The noodles were cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of chewiness. And the toppings? Fresh, generous, and beautifully presented. Every bite was a burst of flavors that danced on my taste buds.
What sets this place apart is not just the exceptional food but also the impeccable service. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely passionate about their craft. They were more than happy to explain the different ramen options and even offered suggestions based on my preferences.
I also appreciate the attention to detail in the presentation of each dish. It's clear that the chefs here take great pride in their work, and it shows in every bowl they serve.
Whether you're a ramen aficionado or trying it for the first time, I highly recommend this restaurant. It's a culinary gem that deserves all the praise it receives. I can't wait to return and savor more of their delicious creations. Thank you for an unforgettable...
Read moreIt's a nice place that imitates some of the Izakaya (Japanese pubs) that you could find in Japan's big cities. The interiors recall some iconic images of the japanese country. Some nice wall art, pictures, decorations and other stuff, with a "cyberpunk" style illuminations gives a good atmosphere to the restaurant.
Tables are a bit small, but it's ok. Nice the group table behind the main room, where its style slightly reminds a feudal japan thing.
Food was good, vegetarian gyoza, kimchi ramen and gyudon were all well prepared. Tasted similar to the "original" Japanese ones. Menu has many different options, vegetarian, spicy, rice, dessert... well organised. Portions are good! You can easily have a proper meal with 15 euros.
Staff was polite, but since orders are made by a tablet, there is no much connection between customers and the people working there. Anyway the minimal approach we had,.was friendly and polite, so I can't go higher than 4 stars, due to (as explained) lack of contact with the staff.
I liked, also some wall arts recalling icons from arcade games like Pac-man or street fighter 2 are matching quite good with the vibes of the place.
Overall, very...
Read morePretty bad ramen for being a ramen place...
I got a tonkotsu ramen and takoyaki:
The tonkotsu ramen (11.50 eur) does not taste bad itself but there is also nothing done right in this ramen.
It is not a hearty broth full of flavours. It's just thick/fatty and pretty salty.
The noodles are 'broken' and although 'al dente', not snappy.
The 'chasu' is a dry piece of fatty meat they boiled and reheated.
The egg is slightly undercooked and tasteless.
The presentation lacks some love too. The toppings are just thrown there. At least cut the egg evenly....
Takoyaki (5.5 eur) are a waste of money. A ball of potato dough with 1 or 2 tiny pieces of chewy octopus in each.
The vibe was okaish. The atmosphere attempts to be japanese but fails here and there. E.g. with the furniture, music, etc.
I personally would not come back again and hope there are better ramen places in Milan. This one does not deserve such...
