Guard his soul - far away! ...must tell you about the shocking experience last night in Naples, we booked 2 rooms in a 3-star "hotel" because we had half a night until our flight, without breakfast. We arrived at the "hotel" which is a building in a very bad neighborhood with homeless people and very scary people, there is no signage in the building about a hotel! You enter the building with fear and then the owner unlocks the building using the cell phone call when the keys to the rooms are in the door. The rooms look extremely bad, beds that look like they haven't had their sheets changed in two years, and while a couple went up to look for the rooms, another couple was almost mugged on the street. It is not possible to reach the hotel with a car at all, the road is crowded with cars and it is not possible to park a car even to unload the luggage. There is no lobby at all! And it's actually rooms in a dangerous building. Whoever ordered the rooms made a big mistake and did not check the area which is just as important as the rooms! We called the owner of the "hotel" and told him what happened and that we are not interested in staying in this place (and forgive me for the shocking description) but the owner apologized for what happened but is not willing to return the money. So maybe the owner of the "hotel" is right... After all, we reserved rooms for him for the night, but to tell the booking website and the world that this is a hotel?! I suggest to all those who are looking for suggestions not to be tempted by a good recommendation about this hotel that I am ashamed to call a hotel. I was absolutely disgusted with my stay at your hotel.. the toilet smelt of raw sewage, the shower was filthy, t.v did not work the aerial was broken.. there was no body around the hotel for us to speak to about the problems and to top it off we was given a wrong set of keys for the main entrance door. Having returned to our hotel at 10pm to find out we cannot gain acases to the entrance. We had to stand outside with our 9year old girl. Until a kind local let us into the building at 12:30 am. We stayed in hotel Regina for four nights and our room was perfectly clean with very comfortable bad. ||Hotel is very safe and location is really good. It's only 5 minutes walk to Stazione Centrale.||We had the best receptionist in the world! He was very helpful, friendly and nice and he made our vacation in Napoli even more special and more safe because he gave us all advices what to do and not to do in Naples. He also gave us all information how to reach some places we wanted to visit and where to go in the evening.|One day while we were out it started to rain and he took our things from the balcony to the room. :) Grazie...
