Just sleep — Hotel in Naples

I’m in agreement with the previous review - the exterior of this building is much to be desired but that’s of no fault of Just Sleep. They simply own a unit within the building complex and it’s clear when stepping through their front door that every care and effort has been made to create a clean, comfortable environment for the guests.|Communication was fantastic through the booking and arrival process although I would recommend arriving by taxi to the building from the airport because it is a little tricky to find the first time yourself (especially in the dark like us!). We were greeted by a lovely member of staff who gave us lots of advice about the property and local area and also offered to keep our luggage for free of charge upon check out so that we could explore the city bag-free until our late train. |The room itself was clean, bright and warm with everything you need to ‘just sleep’. Of course, we were out and about exploring for most of our visit and therefore only used the room for rest in the evenings - for which it was perfect. The Wi-fi was also reliable and the beds comfy. The only minor thing to mention would be the pressure of the water in the shower - but the room is on the top floor of an old building, so I’m sure that the low pressure can’t be helped. Also the temperature fluctuated and it took and long time for hot water to come through, if at all. Again, probably down to the plumbing in an old building. ||Overall though, a super stay in a great location with extremely helpful staff. I’d recommend this place and certainly stay...

Il b&b si trova in una zona centralissima di Napoli a due passi dai quartieri Spagnoli da piazza del Plebiscito da Spacca Napoli e S. Gregorio Armeno e delle fermate della metro Dante e Toledo,le camere,sono al quarto piano di un palazzo antico raggiungibili con ascensore a pagamento, 20 centesimi, fino al terzo poi una rampa di scale da fare, sono pulite è abbastanza comode, tranquille in quanto non affacciano su via Toledo di conseguenza non si sente nulla, bagni piccoli come del resto sono tutti quelli dei b&b ma funzionali l’unica pecca la tv della mia stanza non funzionava , due notti senza tv, ho fatto presente il problema al gestore il quale mi ha detto che sarebbe venuto a sistemarla ma non l’ha fatto, da altra recensione ho capito che il problema esiste da tempo e il gestore fa orecchie da mercante su questa problematica che è molto importante, ci ritornerei a patto che nel momento della consegna delle chiavi Giancarlo mi faccia vedere la tv funzionante, del resto cosa ti costa risolvere il problema caro Giancarlo , sei una persona gentile ed educata. Il prezzo è abbastanza buono, poi il giorno della partenza dovendo lasciare la stanza per le 10 abbiamo lasciato i bagagli fino al tardo pomeriggio nel secondo b&b gestito dallo stesso proprietario, Visconti, poco distante,in quanto più grande e con spazio disponibile per depositare i bagagli , tutto sommato lo consiglio, niente colazione, solo bollitore con a disposizione acqua, the ,macchinetta del caffè e...

Ottimo alloggio per soggiornare a Napoli.|Posizione:|ottima, in Via Toledo a 200 metri da Piazza Dante. La posizione permette di raggiungere tutti i punti della città con una camminata, ed è servita dalla funicolare centrale (per Vomero e San Martino) e dalle fermate metro Dante e Toledo.|Zona servitissima di tutto e sempre molto animata e sicura.||Camera e bagno:|Confortevole, letti comodi, arredi di gusto e ben coordinati, pavimento in legno.|Bagno bello, doccia molto grande, sanitari nuovi e in ottime condizioni.|Tutto molto pulito.||Wi-Fi|ben funzionante||La struttura, come dice il nome stesso, non offre colazione, ma a pochissimi passi trovate bar e pasticcerie.||In camera sono presenti bollitore e asciugacapelli, ma non cassetta di sicurezza e frigobar.||La struttura si compone di 3 stanze al terzo piano di un palazzo d'epoca, c'è un ascensore simile ad un montacarichi che si aziona inserendo 20 centesimi.|Nel cortile del palazzo ci sono alcuni negozi (parrucchiere, scarpe, elettricità) e comunque il palazzo è abitato.||Giorgio, il ragazzo che gestisce questa struttura e anche il b&b Visconti a pochi passi (200 metri) è molto gentile e potete contattarlo per qualsiasi necessità.|Per il deposito bagagli, dovete andare proprio al b&b Visconti (a 200 metri in via Pasquale Scura).||Struttura consigliatissima per ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, pulizia...
