The room quality exceeded our expectations, especially after several disappointing stays elsewhere in Italy. The spacious, modern shower was a welcome relief from the cramped bathrooms we’d encountered at other places, and the comfortable, supportive bed was a game-changer after sleeping on rock-hard mattresses during the rest of our trip. The air conditioning worked beautifully during our visit, which coincided with a heat wave - we slept comfortably every night.

The service was exceptional and went well beyond typical standards. They refilled our Nespresso pods daily and thoroughly mopped the floors, maintaining the room in pristine condition throughout our stay. The self check-in process was seamless and added to the overall convenience.

Stayed here for our time in Rome. It was fabulous! Great communication with staff. The room was nice and had everything we needed. It’s in a great area for all the key landmarks to visit when in the city!! Close to so many restaurants and shopping stalls. Highly recommend to anyone looking to book. It was perfect fireworks night! We even didn’t have to go out for the show just needed to stay in the room cozy and comfortably for fireworks. We had a perfect and clear view from our room window. Also it has a cute little extra room.

Only negative thing was few stairs after elevator. But our main purpose was fireworks so it was understandable.
