n-space rome guestrooms — Hotel in Rome

Enjoyed our time at n-space. It is a small, quaint set of six rooms with a shared common space. The location was perfect for us. It was slightly away from the major streets with huge, busy crowds but still close enough to walk to almost every main attraction in Rome within 30 minutes (Pantheon is the closest, which is about a 10-minute walk). Nearby are ample restaurants, shops and convenience stores. The A/C worked incredibly well which was great considering how hot it was during our stay.

A few downsides: First, it is important to know that the front desk is not managed. When we arrived, we simply grabbed our room key from the front counter that was visible to anyone who came in. The only worker we saw the entire time was the cleaner (who was extremely nice) and someone who was putting out breakfast one day. Outside of that, if you need anything you would need to contact them via WhatsApp, but they do not respond very quickly.

The room was modern and decently cleaned, however the area rug was a bit dirty with visible stains.

The location is outstanding. I had a maxi room and it faced the inner courtyard, so was quiet.

There are stairs (it's on the second floor), so this may not be ideal for those with mobility issues. The staff is also there for only limited hours, but they did respond to my emails promptly.

The location cannot be beaten and is the selling point. The room was also spacious and clean. It is in an older building with only a few suites, so comes with the drawbacks of such, but if you're going to Rome to explore and just use the room to sleep and shower, this place will...

Wonderful location in a bustling neighbourhood with streets lined with good restaurants and live music in the evening. The staff are very helpful, and helped us arrange a taxi to the airport (50€, rather than the 45€ quoted in the email). The breakfast left much to be desired; there were a few stale pastries and coffee/tea on offer. The rooms are tidy and modern; however, it can be quite noisy with other guests in the hallway.
