Booked 3 rooms as we were meeting up with friends from the USA. Rooms recently decorated, pleasantly furnished, smart shower room and very clean (serviced daily). Location excellent down a quiet side street, yet just a few minutes walk over the river to the vibrant centre of Rome. Stefano is a complete star and nothing is too much trouble, always on call. Our top tip is to eat at the restaurants he recommends - they were excellent and very well priced with friendly and welcoming proprietors. Stefano’s guests are made particularly welcome. Steve makes this place a 5-star accommodation. He’s the missing two-star. We were so well taken care of. The breakfast was delicious. Steve gave us the best recommendations. Even for laundry, he arranged a discounted rate. This was our third destination, and Residenza Elizabeth is the best of all. Prime tourist locations are five/ten minutes distance. I have a toddler and we would come back to the guest house every few hours for restroom break, and naps. The neighborhood is very safe. Thanks for everything, Steve. Wishing you and your wife...
