Sweet Home Piramide — Hotel in Rome

They left us in the street because our train to Rome was delayed and they don't wait for their clients.||2. When we contacted them to inform about the delay, (the place was already informen of our late check in in the booking), the answer we got was: it is impossible, this is not a hotel.||3. This is not a hotel: on the website they say it is a B&B, in Booking is an appartment, whatever. If you stay there jeeo in mind that you will bw shraing a flat with other people that you don't know a nobody is controlling the place at least after 21h.||4. The manager Rita (I doubt that is her real name) is very rude. We reached her both via email and mobile to informe abput the delat. She does not speak English, and her responses were very tuff. Actually she was unpolite in some of her answers. ||5. We were left in the street at nigt with our luggage with no alternative or at least help to find another place to stay. We were delayed only on hour! So please keep in mind it when booking in this Airbnb (we booked in Booking) ||||Conclusión:all they care about is money, you deserve to be treated politely and long life to real hotels who...

Not trustable.. They left us at night in the street without any solution (they just care about money which of course will not be reimbursed) we were told that it is not a hotel, so indeed is a private appartment which I guess no one controles at night (since they could not wait for us just one hour as our train was delayed). The answer of the manager Rita was very rude and unpolite, sending messages in Capital letters (she barely can speak English) and answering on the phone with just Yes and No, this is not a hotel, we don't wait for you, no and no and no... Dissapointing experience. We already paid two nights and decided not go stay there on the second... Better to stay far from Rita nd her place ( I doubt she is the owner and all sounded like an appartment with np control and just someone talking care of...

Infelizmente a pontuação atribuída ao B&B nos sites de reserva não condiz com as condições do apartamento. Primeiro ponto, durantese o nome é Sweet Hotel Pirâmide, jamais poderia ser um mero apartamento dividido em 3 quartos com cozinha compartilhada, ou seja, é um apartamento de aluguel e não um B&B, menos ainda um hotel.|A decepção ao chegar e permanecer foi total! Apesar de todo o esforço da administradora em tornar a experiência menos traumática, inclusive, nos concedendo um pequeno desconto e fazendo uma limpeza na área comum a hospedagem; nada foi capaz de apaziguar a sensação de ter sido enganada pelas fotos e descrição do estabelecimento.|Pontos extremamente negativos: as condições físicas do apartamento (mal conservado, ralo do box entupido) , o compartilhamento de um ambiente muito pequeno e sem circulação de ar (área comum) torna a experiência altamente invasiva e constrangedora, a limpeza basicamente feita com produtos para perfumar o ambiente e não limpar efetivamente e as toalhas, apesar de lavadas, mal cheirosas e minúsculas, terríveis! O café da manhã é um croissant e um café servido na padaria ao lado. Por fim, a dificuldade para encontrar o local é algo extremamente desfavorável. Não recomendo de forma alguma esse estabelecimento, o preço cobrado não está abaixo das demais acomodações similares em Roma, não justificando tamanha falta de qualidade nos...
