The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, creating a relaxed and friendly atmosphere from the moment we walked in. Their attention to detail, genuine hospitality and reasonable prices made the whole meal even more enjoyable. We finished our dinner with dessert, and it did not disappoint — delicious, fresh, and the perfect sweet ending to a wonderful meal. Whether you're a local or just visiting, La Valle del Sacco is a must-try. Can’t wait to go back!

Really great meal, great dinning experience. We liked this place so much, we came back a 2nd time the next night. Was definitely best meal we had in our Italy trip, including Naples & the amalphi coast! All servers spoke English, French and Italian, were very attentive, super professional & friendly. Place was elegant, very busy on both Sunday & Monday night. Oh yes & do yourself a favor and take the Wagyu a5 steak so you can think of this review while you enjoy your dinner!($40euros for beautiful portion) Real hidden gem, not far from all the major sites. Worth the quick Uber or bus ride!

Recensione 2019: Posto a due passi dalla Piramide di Roma, aperto fino a tardi. Location rustica, servizio veloce e simpatico. Specialità romane da provare tutte e pizza alla romana ottima! Prezzi onesti e si trova sempre un tavolo nonostante sia sempre full. Uno dei miei posti RECENSIONE 2022: in realtà ci sono tornata anche nel 2021 e mangiato in estate nei tavolini fuori e provato cose di pesce e mi è sempre piaciuto. Tornata adesso a marzo abbiamo trovato il locale un pò rinnovato ma sempre la stessa simpatia, servizio veloce e piatti ottimi. Abbiamo preso tanti piatti diversi, antipasti con le bombette di melanzane buonissime una novità del nuovo menù che trovo geniale, bruschette classiche e non, sempre ottime. Primi piatti tanti e diversi, classica amatriciana e carbonara una garanzia, una Tartufara (carbonara con tartufo sopra), io il mio preferito fettuccine alla carciogricia (gricia più carciofi) spettacolare, piatti generosi! Un amico ha preso una tagliata che faceva venire l'acquolina solo a guardarla e un'amica la pizza che voglio tornare a mangiare con patate mozzarella e porchetta. Io ho preso anche la cicoria ripassata sempre fatta ad arte. I dolci rinnovati una vera sorpresa superlativi. Prezzo assolutamente onesto come sempre! Febbraio 2023 sempre super con le nuove pizze l'Arrogante è spettacolare con porchetta e patate e gli antipasti come la Porn burrata, e i primi come l'Allucinante scenografica la presentazione! Bravissimi ragazzi vi adoro

Strano. Fori de testa. Bono vero! Ce lo semo studiato pe' bene c'è solo da magnallo tutto e sognà. Spaghettone quadrato con pesto rosso, baccalà mantecato, polvere di olive e croccante di amaretto. Ma de che stamo a parla'! (Edizione limitata)

Right away, you can hear other Italians chattering in the large caffeteria like dining rooms. This is a reservation recommended location, but they were able to squeeze us into a table for two before the dinner rush at 7 pm. The staff is militant and very kind. We had the fried burrata cheese, which is a limited experience unlike any other dish. They only have an English digital menu, so be prepared with wifi if you need it. My Italian is good, but some of the ingredients I've never heard of, but the wait staff was able to pick out a dish for me with no issue as I'm vegetarian. All in all, this is a place to show off to friends if you're looking for quality and an inventive meal, but also, you feel on top of the world when you stumble upon it...
