Tomorrow I will be checking out after four nights.||Unfortunately, I’ve had several problems with the accommodation, which are currently being reviewed by ( a booking platform ) . I understand that ( the booking platform ) contacted you a few nights ago, and I was under the impression that you would reach out to me to address the matter, but I have yet to hear anything.||To give you some context, I am a medical professional and am currently backpacking across Europe. I walk about 15 kilometers a day, so I booked three nights at this hotel specifically to rest and relax before continuing my trip.||I arrived on the 24th and found the elevator out of service. The room was dirty: there were hairs in the bed and on the bathroom floor, the floor was sticky to the point that dirt stuck to my feet when walking barefoot, and there was a sticky substance on the nightstand. I asked to change rooms, but the receptionist told me the hotel was full. I then requested at least some clean sheets and a broom with a dustpan.||I ended up cleaning the room myself, even using my own surface disinfectant wipes. Having worked in infection control, I can confidently say that the room presented a significant hygiene risk. Additionally, there were only two adult hangers, so I couldn’t even unpack my bag. As a result, I completely lost my first evening.||When I went to bed, I realized I didn’t have clean sheets to cover myself and spent the night cold and shivering.||The next morning, after breakfast, I returned to the room and found the door wide open, with the cleaner not even on the same floor. I had personal belongings hanging near the door. I politely asked her to be more careful about closing the door, but she simply pointed to the security camera in the hallway. That is not acceptable—guest belongings should not be put at risk. Since then, every time I leave the room, I pack everything into my backpack and lock it, which has added unnecessary stress.||Also, that morning was sunny, and I wanted to relax, but there were no sun loungers in the garden as advertised on your Booking.com page. I didn’t want to go far because I was tired. I eventually found a public beach 20 minutes away on foot, but they were charging €10 to rent a lounger. By the time I returned to the hotel to grab my swimsuit and have lunch, the weather had already changed. So I missed the chance to relax in the sun because the advertised facilities were not available.||When I returned to the hotel, I asked for my room key, and a staff member I had never seen before handed it to me without verifying anything. This is another serious security concern: room keys should not be handled this way.||The outdoor chairs are torn and moldy, so I had no desire to sit in them. With no loungers or welcoming outdoor areas, I ended up just lying on the bed – which I could have done just as well at home. In the end, the stay was not restful at all: I had to clean the room myself, I didn’t sleep well due to the cold, I was worried about the safety of my belongings, and there was no comfortable place to relax outside.||It’s a real shame, because the hotel has a lot of potential (the view is beautiful and the staff is kind and helpful), but several things need serious improvement.||I have reported everything to ( the booking. platform ) explaining that I don’t believe it’s fair to pay the full amount for a stay that fell far short of expectations and what was advertised. I also asked whether I could leave and transfer to a different hotel better suited to my needs for rest, but the case is still under review. Dieses “Hotel” ist eine absolute Katastrophe und sollte sofort vom Gesundheitsamt dichtgemacht werden. Unser Zimmer war eine Schimmelkammer – vor allem das Bad: Die komplette Wand war verschimmelt, der Gestank so ekelhaft, dass einem übel wurde. Selbst 30 Minuten nach dem Aufenthalt im Bad hatte man noch diesen modrigen Schimmelgeschmack im Mund. Duschen oder aufs Klo gehen? Nicht möglich. Unzumutbar, gesundheitsgefährdend!
Wir haben das gemeldet – keine Entschuldigung, kein neues Zimmer, nur leere Versprechen, dass gereinigt wird. Passiert ist NICHTS. Der Schimmel blieb. Uns blieb nichts anderes übrig, als das Bad nicht mehr zu betreten. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt.
Und als ob das nicht reicht: Ein alter Mann, der nachts das Tor “bewacht”, hat uns grundlos angeschrien, weil wir spät zurückkamen – obwohl wir Hotelgäste sind. Später wurden wir sogar von ihm lautstark auf Italienisch beschimpft und von den Sitzplätzen vor dem Hotel vertrieben, weil wir angeblich „nicht mehr draußen sitzen sollten“. Die Rezeption gab uns recht, versprach, mit ihm zu reden – auch hier: Keine Veränderung.
Das ist keine Unterkunft – das ist ein verdreckter, heruntergekommener, unhöflicher Skandalbetrieb ohne jede Spur von Kundenservice.
Ich warne jeden: Betretet diese Bruchbude nicht! Jeder Cent hier ist verschwendet und riskiert eure Gesundheit. Wer das als Hotel vermarktet, gehört zur Rechenschaft gezogen.
Avoid This Place Like the Plague – It Should Be Shut Down
This “hotel” is a disgrace and should be immediately shut down by health authorities. Our room was a mold-infested nightmare – especially the bathroom. The entire wall was covered in mold, the stench was unbearable, and we had a disgusting moldy taste in our mouths for half an hour after using the bathroom. Showers and toilet use? Absolutely impossible. It felt hazardous to breathe.
We complained – no apology, no room change, just an empty promise of cleaning. Nothing happened. The mold remained. It was beyond unacceptable – it was disgusting and dangerous.
Worse yet, an old man who “guards” the gate at night started yelling at us for coming back late – even though we’re paying guests. Another night, while we were peacefully sitting outside, he came out and aggressively screamed at us in Italian, gesturing for us to leave and “go to bed”. The front desk admitted we were allowed to be there and promised to talk to him. Of course, nothing changed.
This is not a hotel – it’s a filthy, rundown excuse for accommodation with zero respect for guests.
Stay far away from this dump! Every cent spent here is wasted and puts your health at risk. Whoever runs this place should be held...
