B&B Quarto di Luna — Hotel in Verona

This is a smal and unpretentious place with an excellent location, 4 minutes walk from the Arena and yet just outside the ZTL zone so you can drive to the hotel without needing the permit. Parking in the adjacent public garage is 18€ for anything between 6 and 24h but so much easier than circling the area.|The welcome was very methodical, every detail about the B&B explained, including light switches, keys, water cooler, free snacks all pointed out. Then a free map of Verona with all the attractions circled. Nothing was left to chance!||In our room there was fresh fruit and cookies for all, as well as a carafe for water. Toiletries were small sachets of shampoo etc only.||The room was clean and light, we had a 3 bed room with space for all our things, but not really for unpacking. Bed was comfortable but a bit creaky. I hope we didn’t disturb the other guests when we got back late after the opera, they didn’t disturb us but that could happen as the rooms are close together and all 3 shared a bathroom. Perfect location! 5 minute walk to Piazza Bra & the Arena, shopping & the many excellent restaurants Verona has to offer. Easy walking distance to all the historical gems. Luca & Magdalena are very warm & welcoming. It was a pleasure to stay here: My room was large, exceptionally clean with a cosy feel & shared bathroom. All the amenities you need. AWFUL EXPERIENCE - The staff demonstrated total disregard for its guests well-being and safety. Their attitude was condescending, spiteful and unprofessional.
