Arrived a little later than check in limit, but they were happy to stay until we arrived. We had a taxi to the apartment, which is on a quiet road, a couple of streets away from Ponte Nuovo. |Lovely friendly greeting, lots of information about the surrounding area and anything you want can be arranged. |We were in Room 2, which is up 2 small flights of stairs. The room was a good size double, private bathroom, great air conditioning and overlooking the street. |The reception area is nice, air conditioned with seating and entry is by key. |Downstairs there is a dining room with a small kitchenette. This is equipped with everything you would need to cook meals such as crockery, cutlery, microwave, coffee machine with free pods, pans and a toaster. There is a shelf allocated to each room in the fridge which is handy. Large bottles of cold water in there at all times too. |This is also air conditioned, so nice to sit down there after a hot day walking around. |We stayed for 4 nights and a had a lovelys stay. It's location is handy and a nice 15 minute walk to the arena in Piazza Bra with cafes and restaurants on the way. |We didn't see Anna or Marta again, but they did drop off a couple of cushions for us to use at the Opera in the Arena and would have also dropped off clean towels if required, but we didn't need them. |I'm sure if you needed them, they would be there within minutes and they are very responsive to messages. |The area is nice with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The nearest supermarket was a 10 minute walk away which was fine. |We enjoyed our stay, the bed is comfy, the double glazed window shuts out any noise from the outside. The only thing we struggled with was the fact there is only a net curtain at the window, so at sun rise, it's bright in the room so we woke up early. The shower is good and and has good water pressure, plenty of toilet rolls, hair dryer and nice towels. |On the last day, we left our luggage until the evening and we had a key to pop in and get it whenever we wanted which...

Read moreMyself and husband stayed for 2 nights at Juliet’s Nest on 30th May 2019 during our 2 week adventure touring Italy. From the moment we booked the owners were so helpful and sent us lots of information about the surrounding area and great directions/ advice for parking. When we arrived we got there early to be greeted by the lovely Anna who let us check in early. She gave us so much information and it was so lovely to be greeted by such a nice person. The house itself is just beautiful. Very tastefully decorated, quirky and very Italian. They left us a bottle of prosecco in the room (it was our honeymoon) as a gift and water free of charge. The room itself was just wow. It had a little balcony attached, the bed was so comfortable and the shower is amazing !!! It’s a 10 minute walk into the centre but plenty of places to eat and drink on the doorstep. Perfect place for anyone wanting to be close to everything. There is parking literally 100 meters away and costs about 10 euros a day which isn’t bad for a city centre. Highly recommend this beautiful house to anyone looking for a lovely...
