GRAND BASE Beppueki — Hotel in Beppu

Pros: Stayed at Room 203 meant for 5 person… Spacious and comfortable room! Had a window too!Good soundproofing between rooms. Only could hear passing by of trains while awake, so wasn’t a big an issue to us.TV has YouTube and Netflix to watch!Cons: No lift!!! We had to carry our heavy & big luggages to the 2nd floor! *Should indicate shortage of this important facility in the booking system!Only 2 parking spaces for 7 units. *Should also indicate in the booking system that parking spaces are first come first served and have to park at nearby paying car parks if both were being taken up.Will be nice to provide some garbage bags in the room as clearing of food waste from the room was definitely necessary during the many days of our stay!Dining table (super wobbly and one side of the table legs seemed like giving away very soon) needs to...

The price is worthed for us staying 5person in one room. We choose the biggest room that can accomodate for 7person just for 5 of us. Unfortunately..the place is so many dust in every corner n over the equipment. Maybe this room is rare for people choose. if 7 person in one room..there is only one toilet n one bathroom. I think you have to que for shower or toilet. The cleaness should be take more concern especially for Japan standart.( room 101/201). At 201 the decoration at wall have some tear n make a liitle bit ugleI just love the location.. near the beppu station..just around 300m2 from the aprtment. This is self check in aprtment...

Rooms were spacious, but the walls had holes in them. Service was okay. There is no elevator, so i had to haul my luggage upstairs. Inside the room, it’s like an apartment. There is a laundry machine inside of the room, and a whole kitchen. The parking lot only has 2 spaces, and the parking lot right next to it is private property so you cant park there. The hotel is located right next to the train station, which can be nice but you can hear the train at night and can be hard to...
