The location is great for my family. It's about 10-15 walk to the Hakata station. 1 min walk to a family mart and 6 mins walk to a 24-hour supermarket. Might not be too friendly for elders though. It has 4 beds, 2 of them were in a bedroom and another two were opened by the living room. Two toilets and sinks, so no one fights for the toilet. Instead of packing so many clothes on our trip, we only packed for 3 days. We got to wash our clothes and hang them in the bathroom to dry with a drying mode. The kitchen was also a big plus too. We stored so many different and fancy drinks in the fridge, and we cooked some meat to go with microwavable rice on a cold rainy/lazy to go out day. Very clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable.
