Highly not recommended, the room only has heating, and the clock in the room shows a constant temperature of 27-29 degrees. There is work going on outside the room and the windows cannot be opened. In addition to being hot and cramped, it is not suitable for families or couples. The front desk and other google replies will adjust the central air-conditioning to the most suitable temperature according to the weather. The hotel's cooperative parking lot is about 500-700 meters away, a multi-storey parking lot 3 blocks away. Although there are a large number of private parking lots within 50-100 meters next to it, and the charges are more reasonable, I paid the higher parking fee. It's a few hundred meters more to walk. You will only be informed of the location of the parking lot when you check in, and the fees will not be mentioned. You can think about it yourself. It’s hard to imagine what it will be like for guests staying during the summer and rainy seasons. The saving grace is that the hotel apologizes to every paying guest for their comments and complaints. You'll get an uncomfortable ride and a...
Read moreNice local hotel. We had the twin room at 19 sqm which is larger than some other rooms in Japan although was still a little crammed for 2 larger luggage. The little nice touch for this hotel as that it had coin operated laundry, microwave oven for when you are lazy to eat out and buy cooked food from the supermarket or food mart close by, pyjamas provided, coffee and tea, there are also various flavoured bath salt provided at the reception. Our room rate was breakfast included, breakfast was a nice set Japanese meal but almost the same offering each morning although they rotate with 2 different fish each alternate days, also have a set western meal we did not try. Juices included. You can request for more rice and miso soup. The shuttle van to the train station was good to have especially on rainy days which we experienced. Staff were respectful, kind and polite. Accidentally left our luggage opened with laptop, iPad in plain sight and nothing was missing after housekeeping. For the price paid, this is a highly...
Read moreLocation-wise it was great - in a quiet neighbourhood and yet it is close to the train station, subways, eateries and shopping areas. From the hotel, it's easy access to all the sights (many within walking distance). Apart from that however, there was not much to recommend. It is the typical corporate Japanese hotel with fairly sterile, tiny rooms. Still, the room was clean, the bed comfortable and everything functioned smoothly. In short, it suited my needs during my brief stay here. The staff could hardly speak English though, but then this is a common...
