I really really cannot understand why the hotel doesn’t offer the luggage storage service after checkout!? They have the luggage storage service for checkin guest, but not for checkout guest! This kind of thing makes me feel like, after checkout you are not our guest anymore ! The room price is not cheap but the service it provides is less than a hostel of backpackers 🙃🙃🙃 The front desk told me that I should check their homepage about all the rules before I make the reservation , and they emphasized they are kind of business hotel, so that’s the reason they cannot let me put my luggage temporarily in their hotel. Sorry, I also want to tell you who says the business hotel doesn’t offer luggage storage after checkout? It’s the common sense and only me don’t know this ? Moreover, your hotel name is Prince Smart Inn, which vocabulary indicates it’s a business hotel? There's no water dispenser you can use, instead of the machine, the hotel provides a limited free bottle of water in the lobby after 3 pm every day. You may need to buy water at night if you needed. Except for the water dispenser, there’s no electric kettle that can heat the water, either.
