Read moreMy partners and I's experience at this hotel was beyond wonderful! We could not believe how amazing the rooms were. They rooms were so incredibly clean and quiet, and we had the most amazing view from both our balcony and the terrace on the 10th floor. The extra bathtub on the balcony was such a special touch. The room has a washer and a small kitchen area with a fridge and microwave oven. We had plenty of counter space to spread out our things and so much space for our suitcases. There was a little closet area when you came in the door that was perfect for hanging up our clothes. All of our interactions with the staff were extremely friendly and pleasant. There's vending machines for drinks on site along with a currency exchange machine and rentable portable power banks. The hotel is a bit far away from some of Hiroshima's main attractions, but it was well worth it. It is 5 minutes from Hiroshima station and within walking distance of several restaurants and...
Read moreThis hotel was by far our worst in our trip to Japan. First they have a terrible pricing process, if you book last minutes prices drop like crazy (so if you really want to go there, wait the day before), then they do not do early check in, not even checking if you room is ready or not, then Checkin process is just bad, you have to do it yourself but need to be assisted by somebody from the hotel, then our room was not properly cleaned (chewing gum left in the washing machine, dust under the beds), room is small, beds are also small, rooms have very small windows, toilets are always heating too much, door is clicking when windy outside, they do not clean the room (not even towels or empty trash) you need to pay extra or bring them down yourself. And the hotel is not cheap. So unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel, much better hotels with better service and better managed. We were very happy to leave this place and will...
