Yakiniku Furusato Hiroshima station|wagyu — Restaurant in Hiroshima

Just had one of the best meals I’ve ever had. It’s our last day in Japan before we head back home and we were hoping to have a great, last meal and this restaurant was the best send off we could have asked for.

We were a group of 5 and asked the hostess if she had anything available (we came in around 20:00). Although she did not know much English, she made every effort to communicate with us and let us know to have a seat and wait as we would be seated shortly. About 5 minutes pass and the hostess very kindly updated us on her Pocketalk device that they are getting our table ready and should be done in about 10 minutes. Sure enough, 10 minutes go by and we were given directions on where our table was.

Our table was very clean and already prepared for us (sauces, chopsticks, napkins, etc.). The waiter explained to us as well as he could how it worked (ordering through tablet on the table) and brought us a physical English menu as well. We loved the options available and ordered a total of 3 sirloin steaks, 3 rare premium cuts, 2 lean premium cuts, 4 bowls of garlic fried rice, and a salad. The food came out quite fast after ordering and, this was some of the best food I’ve ever had. And for reference, this also wasn’t the first wagyu restaurant we had visited in Japan. We were so impressed by it - all you could hear from our booth was “wow.” The meat and sides were exceptional and the service was prompt and always with a smile. 2024/11/1、広島から大阪に帰る前に夕食という事で『焼肉』です。 そして広島の高級焼肉店と云えば『焼肉ふるさと』さんですね。 今回のお店は駅チカという事で『焼肉ふるさと 広島駅前店』に訪店させていただきました。

こちら『焼肉ふるさと』さんでは、牛の最高級ブランド『榊山牛』の32カ月以上の長期熟成を経た未経産牛のお肉をいたただけるのです。 いま最も希少性の高い和牛肉のひとつなんです。 感動！感動！感動！

それではいただきました順番に紹介させていただきます。

⭐生ビール大ジョッキ（1078円） 1.8リットルのピッチャーが2178円（税込）なので迷いましたが、確実に呑みすぎてしまうので大ジョッキで我慢。 なんと銘柄は『サントリープレミアムモルツ』なので嬉しいですね。 ジョッキの内側もたまたまきれいだったので、泡もクリーミーでGOOD。 （他のテーブルのビールのぞくと泡が粗めでした・・・）

⭐チョレギサラダ（682円） 焼肉の定番のサラダと云えばお店も儲かって嬉しい『チョレギサラダ』です。 大きい器なので中々のボリュームでＧＯＯＤ。 ２カ月に一度訪韓して本場の『チョレギサラダ』をいただいているので味はわかっていますが、さすが『焼肉ふるさと』さんは美味い。

⭐サンチュセット（792円） さぁ～～～、始まりますよ～～～！！！ これを注文しないと焼肉は始まりません！！！ （とは云っても私はナシでＯＫですが(^^♪ だからいつもあげちゃいま～す！）

⭐生もの ふるさと名物 肉トロ（1199円） まさに本物のユッケです。 さすが『ふるさと』さん、キチッと許可をいただいていますね。 濃厚玉子をつぶして、トロ肉とまぜまぜ！！！ うんめ～～～！！！ まさに、トロける美味しさに脱帽！！！

⭐ふるさと任せ 赤身4種盛り（4389円） でました！！！ 最高級ブランド『榊山牛』のお肉盛り合わせです。 イチボ、ランプ、クリ、上モモの盛り合わせで4389円は神です。 幻の広島県産和牛、、、 これまた美味しすぎて脱帽！！！ 絶対注文すべし！！！

⭐生もの ツラミ刺し（869円） さすが生肉取り扱い店です。 『ツラミ』のお刺身もいただきましたが、これまた最高に美味しい。 ムチムチ食感と濃厚な旨味がクセになります。 これも絶対注文すべし！！！

⭐焼きしゃぶ（1749円） 高級焼肉店ならではの『焼きしゃぶ』です。 さすが『榊山牛』だけあって、脂の刺し具合が絶妙すぎる。 しかもうんめ～～～！！！

⭐ミックスホルモン（1320円） ほろ酔い気分になると注文してしまう『ホルモン』です。 新鮮ホルモン170ｇで1320円なのですが、確かに新鮮でＧＯＯＤ。 小腸はとろける美味しさでした！！！

⭐牡蠣チゲ（1320円） チゲスープ好きと牡蠣好きにはたまらない『牡蠣チゲ』です。 大粒の牡蠣がキチッと入っていてうんめ～～～！！！ 煮立てすぎてないので、牡蠣がプルプルで濃厚でGOOD！！！

⭐チャンジャ巻き（キンパ（649円）） えっ！！！ キンパの中にチャンジャ？？？ 日本では中々いただけないキンパです。 確かにお酒好きにはたまらない逸品ですね。 ＧＯＯＤ！ＧＯＯＤ！ＧＯＯＤ！

This yakiniku restaurant has multiple levels of seating so you will likely be seated very quickly. The menu is pretty big, including some wagyu meats you can order.
