Visited on this occasion as a second-round stop (after drinks). We were a group of about 10 people, but since both table and counter seating are well arranged, we were able to be seated smoothly without waiting.

Even with a large group, the serving time was quite fast, which was impressive.
The tonkotsu broth had a rich, savory pork flavor, yet the mouthfeel was surprisingly light and clean, making it easy to drink without feeling fatigued. It had depth and umami, but didn’t feel heavy — ideal as a 〆 (shime) ramen after drinks.
The noodles were thin, cooked firm (katame), with a pleasant snap when bitten. They paired well with the soup, making it the kind of ramen you want to eat at a steady, satisfying pace.
No unnecessary flashiness — just a reassuring, well-balanced bowl, perfect for ending the night.
