We were a group of about 10 people, but since both table and counter seating are well arranged, we were able to be seated smoothly without waiting. Dish enjoyed ◆ Agu Pork Ramen – ¥930 Even with a large group, the serving time was quite fast, which was impressive. The tonkotsu broth had a rich, savory pork flavor, yet the mouthfeel was surprisingly light and clean, making it easy to drink without feeling fatigued. It had depth and umami, but didn’t feel heavy — ideal as a 〆 (shime) ramen after drinks. The noodles were thin, cooked firm (katame), with a pleasant snap when bitten. They paired well with the soup, making it the kind of ramen you want to eat at a steady, satisfying pace. No unnecessary flashiness — just a reassuring, well-balanced bowl, perfect for ending the night. ごちそうさまでした — thank you for the great ramen.

Me,my husband and my sister-in-law, we arrived today for the first time in Hiroshima and we are staying in a hotel near the station. For dinner we wanted to eat an hot dish and near our hotel we found this restaurant. Intrigued by the place we decided to have dinner here and it was a lovely surprise. Very comfortable restaurant run by two young guys. We had ramen and gyoza, everything was excellent!! We left the place with full bellies and happiness! :)

The Tonkotsu Pork Ramen (pictured, with added shallots and mushrooms) Spicy Miso Ramen, Gyoza and Karaage (pictured) were really tasty. The Karaage was so tender and the coating so light! The ramen was a decent serving and flavours were like a warm hug haha. There was one chef working, and you got to watch the process of cooking for you which was nice. He was very welcoming to us Aussies and I highly recommend this spot if you're in Hiroshima.

The Tonkotsu Pork Ramen (pictured, with added shallots and mushrooms) Spicy Miso Ramen, Gyoza and Karaage (pictured) were really tasty. The Karaage was so tender and the coating so light! The ramen was a decent serving and flavours were like a warm hug haha. There was one chef working, and you got to watch the process of cooking for you which was nice. He was very welcoming to us Aussies and I highly recommend this spot if you're in Hiroshima.
