NEGATIVES!!!!
I recently visited Izakaya Tengoku, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The issues I encountered include:
Discrimination: The staff exhibited a disturbing level of racism towards foreigners, even when we were speaking politely in English. Rudeness: The communication from the staff was rude, making the overall experience uncomfortable. Lack of Compassion: Despite requesting accommodation for a low back pain issue of my father, the staff insisted on seating him on a Japanese floor table, ignoring the availability of chairs. Poor Service: The service was neglectful, with staff members seemingly uninterested in attending to customers.
I regret to say that my visit left me with a negative impression, and I hope that Izakaya Tengoku addresses these issues to create a more welcoming environment for all patrons.

Wishing the restaurant improvement...

The food was so so and super salty. The fried stuff seemed to be all from frozen food section of a supermarket.
More importantly, the place is dirty. Tables seats etc. And smelled of stale socks.
For this bad experience, it was pricey in all sense. Yes, it spoilt my last day before flying back.
Just to add, I was with someone who speaks Japanese...
