I've eaten at Don Tei (all you can eat shabu shabu chain), which offers better quality meat with more varieties at a more affordable price than this place. The view is superb. The vege are fresh but the meat not really. They are strict on the time limit,once the time's up, they will rush you out though you are in middle of having ur dessert. We had the sukiyaki and the konbu soup. The sukiyaki soup had no flavor, the meat is bland. The only thing that helps was the sauce. Despite having gorgeous night view overlooking the city, there was no music or relaxing ambiance at all. Kinda disappointing for 5000yen...
