I’ve not had a terrible meal in Japan until this 😭

Ordered steak tartare and it came as little bits of cooked beef in a small bowl. Double checked with the waitress that this was the tartare and she said yes.. confused

The sea bream ramen was so salty, I honestly think they accidentally added too much salt or something. The soup was really inedible

Cray pot rice with shrimp was quite sad. Not flavorful and almost tasteless even. Very plain..

Chawanmushi with foie gras was a let down too.. the foie gras was overcooked and very crumbly. The exterior was cooked until it was quite stiff :/

What a bad experience of the service.

We ordered a bottle of sake. The waitress just put the whole bottle on the table without opening it or pour it for us.

We highlighted that we do not want a sparkling Sake, but indeed it’s sparkling sake they serve us.

We ordered a beef Shabu Shabu, but end up missing out the order.

Terrible service as this is operated under a 4 star hotel and they should provide much...

This restaurant has good service if you first come up they directly pick you up and they are very friendly to you. The food is impeccable aswel it is nicely served like a 5 star diner further more it is enough to get you full. The place has nice groove to it with nice music the view from there is also nice its on...
