Fantastic stay! We had a wonderful time here and would highly recommend it. The staff were lovely and very helpful on check in too. The Machiya was absolutely beautiful and very spacious. Everything was perfectly clean and the bed was very comfortable (we opted for the western bed). The bath and double shower in the massive and gorgeous wetroom were incredible after staying in small hotel rooms for weeks, it felt so luxurious having so much space and such a deep bath. It’s also a relatively short walk to Kyoto station which was very useful. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a unique and luxury stay in Kyoto!

７月オープンの町屋だったので、 予約させていただきました。 町屋に泊まるのは、今回が初めてでした。 チェックインカウンターで申込みして、 周辺のコインパーキングも説明してくださり、とても親切にご対応いただきました。 室内は、清潔に保たれていて、 プライベート空間、共有空間、寝室、 自由に外出できることろも、 ホテルとは違う快適さを感じました。 きちんと管理されているところに 安心を感じましたので、 また、利用したいと思います。 ありがとうございました。

2泊利用しました。遅くのチェックインでしたが、対応していただけて助かりました。京都駅から比較的すぐの距離で、近くに24時間のスーパーもあったので買い出しなどもすぐに行けました。部屋はとても綺麗で快適でした。カードの事前支払いだとPayPalに登録しないといけなく、最初のpaypalの支払い案内メールのURL先が英文表示でそこが大変でした。日本語版で登録してからURLをクリックしていけましたが、結局カードのセキュリティが厳しいらしく、引っかかり問い合わせたうえ...
