"Tôi nghĩ có lẽ tôi là người nước ngoài tiếng Nhật ko rành lắm nhưng đủ giao tiếp,cô nhân viên có vẻ rất khó chịu khi tôi hỏi cách check-in,tối tôi order thức ăn và cô nhân viên liền cúp máy khi tôi vừa nói xong tên món ăn,khi giao đồ ăn người cô nhân viên có vẻ mặt khó chịu và liếc tôi với ánh mắt rất là khó chịu,lần đầu ở đây và tôi nghĩ có lẽ sẽ nên suy nghĩ lại về lần sau,Khách sạn tuy đẹp sạch sẽ nhưng nhân viên quá thô lỗ với khách,chúng tôi trả tiền tất cả mọi thứ chứ khồn xin bất cứ thứ gì !!!!"

"I am a foreigner with conversational, but not fluent, Japanese skills. The staff member seemed visibly annoyed when I asked about the check-in process. Later, when I called to order room service, the employee immediately hung up the phone after ! finished stating the dish name. Hotel Sen (Dress) is considered a "love" hotel, no children allowed! I was skeptical at first especially walking in with my husband and son, lol, felt awkward considering the type of hotel it is, however, as others stated in reviews...DO NOT let that sway your decision to stay here. ▪️お部屋の雰囲気が和テイストで良く トイレが綺麗 ▪️タオル４枚常備 ▪️アメニティも十分 ▪️無料のミネラルウォーター２本 ▪️メンバーサービス充実(コスプレも無料) ▪️メンバー割とカップルズのクーポンの 併用可(併用可のホテルあんまり無い)

【悪かった点】

▪️お風呂がかなり臭う(どの部屋も臭った) ▪️エアコンの風も臭う (フィルター埃だらけ) ▪️テレビでのサービスが使いにくい (リモコンの感度悪い) ▪️クロームキャスト等のサービス無し ▪️映画がショボ過ぎる(致命的) ▪️電子レンジ無し ▪️レンタル品は多いけど内容がいまいち ▪️ドライヤーやヘアアイロンの レンタル無し (部屋のデフォルトは使い勝手悪い) ▪️洗面台の水の流れが悪い部屋が多い ▪️フロントの方が総じて無愛想で 対応が悪い(怒ってるの？レベル)
