Hotel The One Shinimamiya — Hotel in Osaka

Not at all a good place to stay for foreigners. They serve water as a welcome drink that too only from 3-10pm. Water is available complimentary at all the stays always wherever we stayed during our 10 day Japan trip. Also the hotel reception staff don’t have any communication skills. They won’t explain you the rules and will ask you to pay fine later on for late checkout. We were forced to pay a sum of 3000 yen at checkout for checking out at 10.30 am, only 30 minutes later than the checkout time. Also, there was no reminder for the same. In the other 9 out of 10 total hotels we stayed, we were allowed to checkout late upto 1 hour after reminding us during checkout time because certain delays happen during the stay in a foreign country. But Hotel The One has proved to be toxic in terms of customer service in this regard and forced us to pay an absurd late...

I stayed here April 26, 2023. The staff is the rudest I have ever encountered. I visited Japan 6 times. Japanese people are polite. I didn't expect to meet such rude staff. He is a disgrace to Japan.
