Namco Namba Parks — Attraction in Osaka

I went to Namco Namba Park to play one of the One Piece gacha gacha machines. I inserted the correct amount of coins and played it normally, but nothing came out. I politely asked a staff member for help. He asked me a few questions in simple English (which was fine, as I understand not all Japanese people speak English well). He then helped me and operated the gacha machine. However, he seemed annoyed and blamed me for not being gentle, which I was. I had played two other gacha machines without issue. I was shocked by his attitude. I don't expect five-star service, but an annoyed attitude toward any customer is unnecessary. I just want to play gacha machines in a positive environment. Namco Namba Parks arcade is an absolute blast! Located on level 6 of Namba Parks, it's huge and packed with gachapon machines, claw games, neoprint, and all kinds of fun arcade games.
