Me and my friend went here on our first and last day of our trip to Sapporo :) we both got the鶏塩チャーシューメン (chicken salt and pork slices ramen, ¥1150) and it was 10/10 first time we forgot to take pictures because we were hungry 😂 but we had both gotten the original. The next time we went, I got it without spring onions (which weren’t too overpowering but I just rather not have them) and the owners were more than happy to oblige :) They’ve also got an English menu if you need one! They have limited seating but that’s the norm of “hole-in-the-wall” places. The ramen is amazing :) The lady also recommended next time to try the しょうゆラーメン and I saw locals having it both times I went and they looked very happy :D Will definitely visit again next time fate brings me...

I think this is a “traditional ramen” that you need experience as a tourist. The chicken soup base is really light but tasty. If you didn’t eat pork, you can ask “no chasiu”. They only have 4 options for ramen, and 4 options for rice with topping. And you need to try their “jakomeshi” its a rice with anchovy, it’s really good. In my trip to sapporo, i came to this place twice because the ramen is really good in freezing weather. The price is really reasonable too.
They provide english menu, just ask for english...

I was a bit skeptical of the old, hole-in-the-wall facade, but encouraged by the smell of boiling broth outside the shop and other positive reviews, we stopped in and ordered their recommended Chicken Salt Chashu Ramen for 1050¥.
And I was thoroughly impressed! The broth was medium-light but had a ton of lovely chicken flavor, perhaps akin to chicken soup without the creaminess and excessive saltiness. The chashu was decent and it was quite a nice portion overall. I highly recommend this place if...
