Dash Living Nihonbashi — Hotel in Tokyo

We stayed at Dash Living Nihonbashi, and it instantly felt like home—probably because we’ve stayed in so many Airbnbs before! But this place truly stood out with its thoughtful amenities. From a fish grill and dishwasher to cooking oil and seasoning, it had everything we needed—something we’ve never seen in any of our past stays!

The apartment itself was amazing — spacious, cozy, and designed for comfort. With a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony, it was perfect for lazy mornings, late-night suppers, or simply relaxing. It’s so much bigger than typical business hotels, giving us plenty of room to move around and store our luggage comfortably.

The neighborhood was fantastic, with a supermarket nearby as well as 5–6 convenience stores and hidden cafes offering hand-dripped coffee, tea, and cakes too. After a day out, we looked forward to return to our cozy apartment. Nihonbashi's location was also a huge plus. It was near stations which catered to a few metro lines and it is also close to Ueno (just a few minutes away) for the Keisei Skyliner ride to Narita airport.

THERE WERE 2 DIFFERENT EXPERIENCES IN 2 DIFFERENT ROOM: Overall experience positive comments: Very good and safe location, 3 minutes by walking from metro station. Had elevator. Overall experience negative comments: During check in there was a huge mess and misunderstanding that caused inconvenience and discomfort for more than hour. 1st Room: very spacious, clean, full of hotel amenities, spacious closets and racks for unpacking your luggage, big kitchen and well-equipped. 2nd Room: very spacious, BUT there was no mattress sheet on the bed and there was an unbearable and unpleasant smell. We asked to change the room, but we had to stay in this room for 2 more nights until moving to the other. We left and asked for a refund for the rest of the days but we only got 48€ (cleaning fee). We stayed here for 5D4N. This is a condotel. It offers self check-in and check-out. Upon checking in, you will get your passcode for the room. Super convenient.

Cleanliness - the Rooms are pretty clean, no housekeeping so you have to keep it clean during your entire stay which is okay for us.

Beddings and Towels will be provided.

What is amazing is they provide washing machine and they have drying system in the bathroom. Easy to manage. This helps so you don’t have to worry about laundry your entire stay and running out of clothes.

This is value for money. Just look at the photos for the amenities and how the entire apartment looks like.
