If you're in the neighbourhood and you're looking for some noodles, then this is definitely a great choice of a ramen restaurant. There is an order vending machine inside, to the left of the entrance, and while they offer quite a few different options, I would recommend going with the usual top-left choice for your first time. My cousin and I arrived late at 8pm as we had just gotten into Tokyo. We were looking for ramen to eat and found this place. The server was super attentive and helpful. The ramen was good. I had the soyu ramen and it wasn’t too salty.

They had a promotion going on where if you added them on Line you could receive 1 topping from a selection...

馬喰町でランチした後、銀行業務等色々終わらせた３時過ぎ、小腹が空いて、軽く？ラーメンでもと思い、ここ『ひるがお人形町店』、開店した当初に伺った際は、塩ラーメンのみの販売だったなので、本日伺ってみたら、色々とラインナップされ、味たま鶏白湯ラーメンを券売機で購入し、着座。 ここは、昼休憩無く、通し営業されているので、有り難い。 数分で着丼、見た目濃厚なスープ、ひと口頂くと、好みはあるが、感激する程のうま味は、無いが、これも軽く頂くには、ありなのかも。(決して不味い訳ではない。) 従業員も割と多くいるので、接客は、中々いい。 人形町界隈は、ラーメン激戦区の中、今月オープンした、せたがやグループの『ひるがお人形町店』に平日３時過ぎ頃伺いましたが、オープンしたばかりのせいか？この時間でも、先客は10名程、カウンターとテーブル席も若干あるので、回転は良さそう。 店外の看板にもあるよう、塩ラーメン押しで、メニューは、現在、塩ラーメンのみで、パイタンや醤油は券売機には、あるのですが、まだ販売されていなかったので、 味玉塩ラーメンを購入し、着座。 数分で、着丼。先ずは、スープを一口、サッパリしたスープで、柚子が利いた和風感あるスープ。 麺は、細縮れ麺で、スープに良く合う。具材は、チャーシュウ、ネギ、メンマ、あおさ等、シンプルな塩ラーメン。 早く、パイタンや醤油を販売される事を希望します。
