I visited salon once and really liked the lady that did my hair, she spoke English well enough and her work was careful(it was balayage highlights). I was looking for a foreign friendly salon, because I was concerned Japanese hairdressers might not have experience colouring blonde hair. But she had plenty. Alas, the second time I contacted them, my request was a bit different, and the price for the same specialist was a little over my budget. I understand that those are skills, time and materials, so I can't complain, but as I recalled they had junior specialists before, so I asked if there is a way to get a less expensive service from another specialist. Well, few months later, no response. I would be totally okay with them just saying, "no, sorry we can't make it cheaper" or "sorry, we don't have such a specialist". But no, they just ignored me. So I think it's very impolite and I won't ever ask them for service again. Give 2 stars because I was satisfied with communication and service...

Perfect and impressive service! I cannot express how satisfied I am with the results. I had dry and frizzy hair that needed frequent maintenance, as well as a bad haircut from a cheap salon in my home country, which I really hated and wanted to get rid of. I wasn't sure whether Bondzsalon could save my hair, but to my surprise, they did! ❤️

My stylist was Hiroto Inoue-san. I had a short consultation with him for his expert advice. He knew exactly what kind of treatment my hair needed and fixed my hair—to the best extent possible—to achieve the look that I wanted. Both treatment and haircut took about four hours in total.

I was drawn to this salon because of their English-speaking staff so that I can communicate my concerns and expectations better, but I still somehow ended up speaking in Japanese. At least Inoue-san understood what I wanted, and his service exceeded my expectations.
