A Hidden Gem with Soulful Ramen
Don’t let the slow service fool you—this place is a one-man show run by an ojisan who handles everything from prep to plating. Yes, it takes time, but trust me, it’s worth every second. A preparation time for a bowl of ramen took approximately 30mins.
I ordered the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen (¥1150), and it was absolutely dabomb. Rich, flavorful broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and generous slices of tender pork—this bowl had everything going for it.
I also tried the Chashu Don Bowl (¥ 680), and it was heavenly. The pork chunks were abundant, juicy, and bursting with flavor.
The shop is small with limited dine-in space, and all orders are made through a self-service machine. Note: it’s cash only, so be prepared.
This meal hit the spot—warm, comforting, and full of depth. Perfect in any weather.
