Yuzawa house2 — Hotel in Yuzawa

I don’t recommend this place if you come to Yuzawa to play snowboarding and skiing. It was very tough not to have onsen after skiing. Also, the shower room was very cold. What a nightmare. No onsen and very cold shower room. Just imagine.

There’s no elevator so if you have equipments, it will be very hard.

Also, they don’t answer your calls if you need something. There are no staff because it’s just electronic check in. If you need something, you still need to email them.

Horrible comme expérience dans cet hôtel. On est arrivé, a fait le checkin avec une tablette mise à disposition. Pas simple du tout mais on s’est débrouillé. On est monté dans le chambre, la clim/chauffage ne marchait pas, il était impossible de régler et tout est en japonais. Au bout de 45mm, on a essayé de chercher un contact demander l’aide mais aucune information et aucun téléphone n’a été indiqué dans l’ensemble de hôtel. On se demande comment on devra faire en cas d’urgence ????? Il y a un numéro de téléphone dans la réservation mais il reste injoignable malgré une vingtaine d’appels … Quelle horreur !!!
